Import - Export License of Satellite Communications Equipment (Except DTH)
卫星通信设备进出口许可证（直播卫星电视除外）
Individual, legal entities or organisations both domestic and foreign that wish to import all types of satellite communications equipment must acquire permitted license from the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. Except for Direct-to-Home (DTH) satellite television, which shall be approved by Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism.

- 须已取得提供卫星通信服务的权利（外国卫星）。
- 须掌握设备的详细技术信息。
- 须具备进口计划、报价、装箱清单、数量、价格、原产地证明、厂家标准证明，以及目的地与日期。
- 须技术检测的设备，应提供清晰的设备说明，并按本决定第十二条提交实物以便核验标准。
- 须按附件要求备齐准确、完整的材料。
