Free browsing and preliminary consultation do not by themselves constitute a formal engagement.

5. Business Services and Consulting

Where professional assistance is requested, LaoBiz.com may provide services including company registration, licensing, company information preparation, visa and business-stay assistance, accounting and digitalisation services.

We may assess the required documents, applicable procedures and feasibility of a specific request.

For matters involving government approval or decisions by third parties:

• Final approval remains with the relevant government authority or legally authorised institution;

Fees, deliverables, refunds and changes for formal services are governed by the applicable order and the Payment and Settlement Terms.

For prepaid “from” orders shown on the site (for example contact unlock from USD $9.9 or a company file from USD $29.9), our team will explain the expected result and the final price. If that does not match both sides’ needs, you may request a refund or pay the balance and continue within the confirmed scope. Details follow the Payment and Settlement Terms and the relevant order.

6. User Conduct

You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using LaoBiz.com.

You must not:

1. Use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, infringement of third-party rights or other unlawful activities;
2. Impersonate another individual or company;
3. Submit information that you know to be false, misleading or infringing;
4. Conduct unauthorised large-scale scraping, mirroring, copying, bulk export or resale of Platform data;
5. Circumvent access controls, security measures or payment mechanisms;
6. Attack, disrupt or interfere with Platform systems or other users;
7. Use Platform data for commercial activities that violate applicable law;
8. Publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights.
