2. Personal information we collect
We collect information only as needed to provide our services, including:
- Account data: email address, password (stored as a hash), display name, phone number and contact channels you provide (e.g. WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram), language and timezone preferences.
- Social sign-in data: when you use Google or other providers, we may receive a unique ID, name, avatar and email (within the scope of your authorisation). If no email is provided, we will ask you to supply and verify one.
- Service data: company claim materials, inquiry / ticket content, and company or contact details needed for agency assistance (including documents you upload).

- Analytics: when enabled, tools such as Google Analytics may collect anonymous or pseudonymous usage statistics (you may restrict cookies in your browser).
- Transaction data: order ID, amounts due/paid and payment status. Licensed providers such as Airwallex process card data; we receive payment results and identifiers only and do not store full card numbers, CVV or payment passwords.
3. How we use information
- Create and maintain accounts, verify email and reset passwords;
- Provide search, claims, tickets, replies, agency assistance and fulfilment of service orders;

- Protect system security and prevent abuse or fraud;
- Improve products and compliance management;
- Meet legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.
4. Sharing, processors and cross-border transfers
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or transfer data only where:
- Necessary for service: to hosting, email (SMTP), storage or similar processors under confidentiality and security obligations;
- Payments: online payments are processed by Airwallex (or another licensed provider we publish). We send order ID, amount, currency and return-URL data and receive transaction status. Card data is handled under that provider’s privacy policy;

5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the stated purposes: while the account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal or dispute purposes; logs for shorter periods; claim and ticket materials as needed for business and compliance. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (access control, encryption in transit, password hashing). Absolute security on the Internet cannot be guaranteed.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, close your account, or restrict certain processing. You may update some fields in the user centre, or contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority where available.
If deletion or account closure would prevent us from providing services, or law requires retention, we will explain this to you.
7. Minors
The Platform is intended for business users. We do not knowingly offer registration to children under 14 (or a higher age required where you live). Please contact us if you believe such data exists so we can delete it.
