Individuals or legal entities or domestic and foreign organizations with the intention of conducting performing arts business must apply for technical License in the field of information, culture and tourism and complete the enterprise registration with related sector in accordance with the Law on Enterprise, Law on Investment Promotion and other related laws.

1. 须具备可行性研究报告。
2. 须具备相应资金。
3. 须具备办公场所、交通工具及设备。
4. 须配备熟悉表演艺术的适当人员。
5. 须具备产品内容方案。
