Individuals or legal entities or domestic and foreign organizations with the intention of conducting performing arts business must apply for technical License in the field of information, culture and tourism and complete the enterprise registration with related sector in accordance with the Law on Enterprise, Law on Investment Promotion and other related laws. Apply at Arts and Culture Department (021 217537;).
