The Branch of Lao Enterprise could be established only if it is indicated in the establishment certificate of the parent enterprise by registration authorities where a parent enterprise is registered. The Branch of Lao Enterprise will be suspended as follow: 1. The Branch of Lao Enterprise could not operate within 90 days after the certificate is issued. 2. The Branch of Lao Enterprise violates the contract with the government, or other relevant regulations, and laws.
