Requirements
- A parent enterprise shall be the enterprise which has been established in accordance with the laws of Lao PDR.

- 10 Refer to the Decision on Enterprise Registration of Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No.0023/PSO.DERM issued on 09 January 2019; the Certificate for Enterprise Registration shall be issued no later than 10 working days after receiving documents.

- The Establishment Certificate has no term. It will be issued once throughout the period of business operation (unless there is any change in the content of the certificate)
Additional comment
The Branch of Lao Enterprise could be established only if it is indicated in the establishment certificate of the parent enterprise by registration authorities where a parent enterprise is registered. The Branch of Lao Enterprise will be suspended as follow: 1. The Branch of Lao Enterprise could not operate within 90 days after the certificate is issued. 2. The Branch of Lao Enterprise violates the contract with the government, or other relevant regulations, and laws.
