摘要

The disclosure provides a process for obtaining potassium chloride, comprising: crushing carnallite ores and desliming the ores with a saturated solution of magnesium 5 chloride; and crystallizing in a crystallizer after a deslimed ore, water and system mother liquor are mixed and sent into the crystallizer. The process of the disclosure can timely remove muds of the ores sent into the crystallization and floatation steps by desliming, avoid the accumulation of mud particles in the crystallization and floatation steps, avoid the adverse impact of mud particles on the crystallization and floatation steps, and improve the l0 whiteness of potassium chloride products. At the same time, the system mother liquor is used for desliming the ores, which can reduce the water consumption for desliming, reduce the amount of tail liquor treatment, prevent the ores from dissolution in the desliming step, and make the dissolution completed at one time in the crystallizer.
