The disclosure provides a process and a system for obtaining potassium chloride. The systern includes a crystallization unit which comprises a crystallizer, a solid -liquid separation 5 device" a fine tank, and a recrystallizer; wherein an overflow of the crystallizer is sent into the solid-liquid separation device. liquid by separated is returned to the fine c rystal tank, solid is sent into the recrystallizer tbr further crystalizing. and both a n underflow of the crystallizer and an underl'low of the recrystallizer are sent into a floatation unit. The disclosure improves the crystallizalion step in the prior art, reuses the fine crystals in the l0 overflow of the crystallizer. thereby increasing the yield of potassium chloride.
