摘要

The present invention discloses an activated-carbon activation furnace and an activated-carbon production method, and relates to the fields of activated-carbon production devices and activated-carbon production processes. The present invention can improve safety in an activated carbon production process to some extent, enable long-term stable operation of an activation furnace, and greatly improve quality and a production capacity of produced activated carbon. The activated-carbon activation furnace of the present invention includes a furnace body, a furnace-filling apparatus, and a discharging mechanism, a combustion passage in communication with an interior of the furnace body is disposed inside the furnace body, air is fed into the combustion passage, the interior of the furnace body is in a negative-pressure state, and a gas pressure inside the combustion passage is lower than that inside the interior of the furnace body. The activated-carbon production method of the present invention includes the following the steps: step A: disposing a combustion passage and a material passage; step B: feeding steam into the material passage; step C: guiding gases separated inside the material passage into the combustion passage; step D: heating materials inside the material passage; and step E: feeding flue gases generated by combustion into a steam generator for heat exchange. The present invention is mainly used in activated carbon production.
