A bale breaking and dust removing device (l) comprises a roller (10) and at least one
rotating shaft (20), wherein the roller (10) comprises a feed opening and a discharge opening. A
first cutter part (13) is ananged on the inner wall ofthe rotler (10). At least a part ofthe rotating
shaft (20) is located in the roller (10), and a second cutter part (21) is ananged on the rotating
shaft (20). The first cutter part (13) and the second cutter part (21) break baled material when
rotating with the roller (10) and the rotating shaft (20) respectively, and further tear the material
apart when crossing each other in the roller (10). The bale breaking and dust removing device
fuither removes impurities attached to the material by a dry dust removal method, and thus can
simplify a follow-up purification and screening treatment.
