申请条件

• - According article 26 IP law, persons eligible protection 工业 property shall be follows:
• 1. a Lao citizen 或 resident Lao PDR, 或 a legal entity 或 organization
• established under laws Lao PDR
• 2. an individual that is a 国家 或 a resident any country which is a member Paris Convention 或 other 国际 agreement relating protection 工业 property 及 which Lao PDR is also a member
• 3. , 或 及 工业 或 商业 设立 或 国际 工业 及 .
• - An invention eligible a 专利 shall meet following requirements:
• 1. shall be new meaning that such an invention has not been existed, not been
• disclosed public journal 或 actual use 或 any other means Lao PDR 或 any place world prior date filing application 登记 或 prior application priority date such 专利
• 2. shall involve increased inventive steps compared previous invention
• 3. shall be industrially applicable industry, handicraft, 农业, 渔业,
• trade, 服务, etc. (article 13 IP Law)
