Department of News and Information, Culture, and Tourism in Provinces/Capital City: Responsible for reviewing and granting authorization for the establishment and operation of restaurants, as well as for the continuation of operations within the national territory. Department of Tourism and Hospitality: Responsible for reviewing and granting authorization for the establishment and operation of restaurants, as well as for the continuation of operations between different regions within the country, including the roles of representative companies and tourism enterprises.
