Any individuals or organizations that intend to: - Import for production, distribution or possession of narcotics - Export - Transit Must obtain approval from the Ministry of Health at the time of actual importation

1. 已依法登记、具备进出口及经销条件的制药厂和药品进出口公司。
2. 已依法登记、可凭医师处方零售的一类和二类药店。
3. 已获许可、可由药师按医师处方经销或零售的中央和地方公立医院或私立医院。

- This permit is valid from the signing date until 31 December of that year. - It does not need to renew the import authorization. In case there is no importation during the specified period the import authorization will be eliminated.

- Before import-export-transit of the narcotic the authorized importer must obtain an import authorization from the Ministry of Health. - The import company must declare the import permit and relevant documents to the food and drug authority at the checkpoint each time. In case there is any change in the import authorization the import company must return the original of the import authorization to the Food and Drug Department in order to amend such import permit.
