License to Provides Services Related to the Mining Business

- Legal entities intending to conduct the business of providing services related to the mining business must submit an application for the establishment of an enterprise in accordance with the Law on Enterprises and the Law on Investment Promotion (in accordance with Article 41 of the revised Law on Mines, paragraph 2). - For those who have obtained a mining license under the concession agreement, will automatically receive a license to trade minerals and mineral products according to their request. (Article 5, Decision on Trade of Minerals and Mineral Products, No. 0481/MOEM, dated 20 April 2012)

- 须为法人。
- 须持有投资许可证（适用于受控业务，例如矿业咨询服务、无特许矿区的矿产品加工厂）。
- 财务状况须至少达到注册资本的百分之三十。
- 须有不少于三名、从业不少于五年的技术人员。
- 须与特许权人订立矿产采购协议（申请矿产贸易许可时）。
- 须有销售合同（申请矿产贸易许可时）。
- 须有符合技术标准的矿产存放场所（申请矿产贸易许可时）。第五至七项依据能源矿产部2012年4月20日第0481号《矿产及矿产品贸易决定》第七条。
