- 须配备老挝籍药师或药学助理（中级执业人员），持有国内外相关教育机构颁发的药学专业文凭或结业证书，经卫生部许可，并具备至少四年药学从业经验。如为公务员，须持有正式任命书；不得处于受审、擅离职守状态，亦不得因药学执业过错或涉麻醉品而受纪律处分。
- 分支机构须整洁，面积不少于二十平方米，为专用房间，不得与住宅或其他非药品、非医疗产品零售场所混用；须有清洁达标的仓储，宽四米、长八米、高度适宜。
- 须具备账务清算系统、防虫防兽系统、制冷系统、照明以及仓库内温湿度监测装置，并须定期监测。
- 仓库须配备地垫、货柜、搬运器具及仓储监测工具，并遵循良好批发规范所规定的良好储存原则。
