ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 须有固定场所，教室适合教学，培训场地照明充足、通风良好。
- 须配备先进、适用且齐全的设备，以保障教学效果。
- 培训课程须保持内容新颖，采用与国际接轨的教材或指导手册形式。
- 各课程的学时、形式、课业及内容须经信息通信技术部门及相关方面审定。
- 人员配置须包括：具备信息通信技术或相关专业知识和技能的人员；已通过任何教育机构师资培训认证的人员；以及具备经验、专业能力并持有培训经营相关证书的人员。

1. If operating the business without permission, the applicant will be fined LAK10,000,000; 2. The applicant will be fined LAK5,000,000 if they use, rent or transfer someone else's license. 3.The applicant will be fined LAK1,000,000 if they did not renew the license within 30 days after the license's date of expiry.
