ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 注册资本不低于 10 亿基普，并在银行开立不少于 5 亿基普的现金存款账户。
- 合资企业中，老挝出生的本国籍股东须持有不少于百分之五十一的注册资本。
- 首席执行官或董事会主席须为老挝出生的本国公民。
- 须有办公场所及保安员住宿；设有培训中心的，保安员人数须超过 200 人。
- 须有已向相关部门登记的无线电通信中心。
- 须配备保安员交通工具、巡逻车及保安防护装备等服务车辆与设备。
