Any individual, legal entity, or organization that intends to operate a digital technology business: 1. provision of digital technology services such as Information Technology (IT), Software Development, safety standards for information technology system (Cloud, computing, Big Data, Block Chain, Data Center, Robotics...); 2. Consultancy service on digital technology; 3. Importing technical equipment and software system relating to digital technology; and 4. Provision of digital technology training.
