Any individual, legal entity, or organization that intends to operate a digital technology business: 1. provision of digital technology services such as Information Technology (IT), Software Development, safety standards for information technology system (Cloud, computing, Big Data, Block Chain, Data Center, Robotics...); 2. Consultancy service on digital technology; 3. Importing technical equipment and software system relating to digital technology; and 4. Provision of digital technology training. Requirements
- Having a Business Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce
- Having no history of fraud, not in the process of bankruptcy, not under foreclosure or conviction in a similar case
- Having sufficient secure funds in the bank; and
- Having an appropriate set-up location for operating the business.
