须符合《老挝入境出境及外国人管理法》的规定。
须受雇于依法登记并合法经营的公司或企业。
劳工须持有工作签证，并已向有关部门依法取得工作许可。

ໜັງສືຜ່ານແດນ	a colored copy and also bring the original passport for the authority to check and it will be returned afterward

- In the case that foreign workers bring their families, the stay permit will define their occupation as Accompanying (the accompanies are prohibited to work) - The fee will be exempted for those who are under 15 years old and over 65 years old as defined in the Edict on the Fees and Service Charges, No. 003/PO, Article 35.
