ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 须配备老挝籍药师或药师助理（中级执业人员），持有卫生部认可的国内外教育机构颁发的药学专业文凭或结业证书，并具有不少于四年药学从业经验。现任公职人员须有正式任命书，且不得处于受审、擅离职守，或因药学执业过错、涉毒而受纪律处分的状态。
- 批发经营场所面积须不少于二十平方米，为专用房间，不得与居住场所或非药品、非医疗产品零售混用。
- 须有清洁达标的仓储，宽六米、长十二米、高度适宜。须具备账务清算系统、防虫防兽系统、冷却系统以及照明、温度和湿度监测装置。仓库内须配备必要设备；需冷藏的药品（如直肠栓剂等）须配备温度不超过二至八摄氏度并带测温装置的冰箱，符合良好批发规范及良好储存规范。

- 90 Applications shall be submitted to the Food and Drug district bureau or the provincial Food and Drug section where the company is located. The application will then be evaluated, reviewed and approved by each level of local authority before transferring to the Food and Drug Department. Ultimately, the Minister of Health will be a signatory for the license.
