ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 货物运抵边境后二十四小时内，申请人须向主管机关提交提单。
- 申请人须在海关自动化通关系统中填报全部信息并附齐证明材料后，再打印报关单原件及其他材料，提交海关审核并与系统核对。
- 报关单经签注后，申请人须缴清全部关税及规费，例如通过电子纳税系统缴纳。
- 税费缴清后，全部材料须提交海关关长或副关长最终核准，申请人方可申请放行指令。
