- 须有适宜的经营场所。
- 不得处于老挝法律项下的财产没收、破产或无力偿债程序。
- 所提供服务须严格符合邮电部第一四三号协议规定的技术与安全标准，包括支持老挝语使用、运行高效，并符合国际标准化组织／国际电工委员会二九一一零号标准。

ຄຳເຫັນເພີ່ມເຕີມ
1. If operating the business without permission, the applicant will be fined LAK10,000,000; 2.The applicant will be fined LAK1,000,000 if they did not renew the license within 30 days after the license's date of expiry. 3. The applicant will be fined LAK5,000,000 if they use, rent or transfer someone else's license.
