- 须配备与各规模灌溉活动相应、工作经历不少于五年的灌溉工程师。
- 公司经理须至少具备灌溉专业学历，公司董事须持有灌溉工程证书。
- 须有各规模灌溉活动规定的充足资金及设备；营运资金不少于全部无形资产的百分之三十。
- 公司须符合经营灌溉相关业务的条件。

- Irrigation activities are categorized into 3 different scales. The licenses for large and medium scale irrigation shall be considered by the Irrigation Department, and then by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. - For small scale irrigation, it shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry (or of Vientiane Capital) for the consideration.
