The present invention relates to a cutting tool of a cutting-type rice-polishing machine, wherein ceramic cutting teeth are fitted onto the cutting tool. Generally, a cutting tool is used in a cuttingtype rice polishing rnachine in order to cut the outer portion of unpolished rice, and the cutting tool is an assembly s of altemating cutting rings and spacer rings. Each of the cutting rings has a ring shape of a constant thickness and gear-shaped trapezoidal cutting teeth formed on the outer circumference thereof, and polished rice is produced by cutting the outer portion ofthe unpolished rice with end edge portions of the cutting teeth. More specifically, the present invention relales to a cutting tool ( 100) used in a ricepolishing machine and having ceramic cutting teeth (15) fitted to a cutting tool body (11 ).
