摘要

The purpose of the present invention is to prevent adhesion between a magnetic disc and a spacer when removing the magnetic disc and the spacer from a hard disc drive device where the magnetic disc and the spacer are installed. The surface roughness Ra on the principal surface of the ring-shaped glass spacer in contact with the magnetic disc in the hard disc drive device is set to 1.0 µm or less and the average inclination R∆a of the principal surface is set to 0.02 or greater.
