This invention discloses obtaining of a multiplex PCR-based detection system targeting 5 types of Plasmodium sepsis (P. falciparum, P. Malariae, P. ovale). Generally, all novel primers used in the present invention were specially designed using bioinformatics approach. This system involved only 1 step PCR with specific optimized conditions. This PCR-based detection system is sensitive enough to detect particular plasmodium species at low parasitemia level.
