申请条件
- Persons eligible protection 工业 property shall be follows:
- 1. a Lao citizen 或 resident Lao PDR, 或 a legal entity 或 organization
- established under laws Lao PDR
- 2. an individual that is a 国家 或 a resident any country which is a member Paris Convention 或 other 国际 agreement relating protection 工业 property 及 which Lao PDR is also a member
- 3. , 或 及 工业 或 商业 设立 或 国际 工业 及 .
- - A 设计 eligible an 工业 设计 证明 shall meet following requirements:
- 1. shall be new a sense that it has not been disclosed public through 杂志s 或 actual use 或 displayed, 或 any other means Lao PDR 或 any place world prior date filing application 登记 或 prior priority date application 登记
- 2. shall be ornamental a sense that it gives a special appearance object which 设计 is applied 或 which it is embodied.
