Any individuals or organizations that intend to import for use, production or distribution must obtain approval from the Ministry of Health at the time of actual importation. Apply at Food and Drugs Department.

Any individuals or organizations that intend to import for use, production or distribution must obtain approval from the Ministry of Health at the time of actual importation.
Requirements
- Any authorized individual or authorized organization that carries out the production, import, export, distribution, purchase, transportation, transit of general chemicals to use in food and drug from the Ministry of Health.

- - This permit is valid from the signing date until 31 December of that year. - It does not need to renew the import authorization. In case there is no importation during the specified period the import authorization will be eliminated.
Additional comment
The company or factory must declare the import permit and relevant documents to the food and drug authority at the checkpoint each time. In case there is any change in the import authorization the import company must return the original of the import permit to the Food and Drug Department in order to amend such import permit.
