- - The certificate holders must start their operation within a period of 2 years (the certificate will be revoked if the activity is not carried out or not carried out according to the project plan; or in case of violation, the certificate will be revoked) - In case of the active project, it shall be managed according to the 5-year project plan (monitored for a period of 6 months and 1 year) - Entrepreneurs shall review the annual plan every 1 year and 5 years until the end of the project.
Additional comment
Applicant must hire a consulting firm (a third party) to create the health impact assessment and be certified by the Department of Hygiene and Health Promotion, Ministry of Health, in order submit a detailed environmental impact assessment for approval from the Department of Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
