- The vessel technical inspection certificate is valid for 1 year after is expired the entrepreneur should prepare an application to request for annual inspection and the technical inspection committee will inspect the vessel if the vessel is not in its original condition it must be improved, repaired, and restored to its original condition
Additional comment
Waterway Department will register the vessel under its supervision as follows: - All types of vessels for passenger transport and goods transport for cross-border; - Vessel for passenger transport and vessel for tourist with a capacity of more than 100 seats; - Vessel for goods transport with capacity more than 300 tons;
