Individuals or legal entities that intend to conduct entertainment business in the categories of Disco Tech, Nightclub, Pub, Snack Bar, Bar, Karaoke.
Requirements
- For individuals: 18 years of age or older, must not be insane and have never been sentenced to imprisonment
- For legal entities: Have an enterprise registration certificate in accordance with the law, perform tax obligations to the state in accordance with the law and are not in the process of executing a court decision or are bankrupt
- The specific characteristics of each type of entertainment venue must be in accordance with the general standards and specific standards specified in Decree No. 315/Gov dated 02/10/2017
