License to Operate Satellite Communications Business

Any individual, legal entity, both domestic and foreign organization intending to run businesses on satellite communications such as satellite communication channel rental service, satellite communications services via VSAT system, services on data transmission through the land satellite station, import, distribution, installation, production, satellite communications equipment export, and satellite communications business, shall apply for a license from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (except the satellite television receivers - DTH). Apply at Radio Frequency Department.
