Requirements
- Those who intend to use the radio communication frequency to conduct any business shall have an enterprise registration certificate
- Have a stable financial status
- The application shall be in accordance with the policy, strategic plan, and the national plan on radio communication frequencies
- Have a usage plan, development plan, and implementation plan
- Ensure technical standards
- Obtain the right to provide satellite communications services for foreign satellites
- Other conditions according to each type of communication.

- Operators of satellite communications can apply for license renewal by submitting the application and supporting documents 60 days before the expiry date. The renewal request will be considered only if the operator complies with the conditions defined in the license, obligations, pay fees, and charges in full as specified in the rules and regulations.
