Requirements
- Have an enterprise registration certificate for those who wish to use the radio frequency to conduct any business
- Have financial stability
- Have a business plan
- Other conditions according to each type of communication
- Have knowledgeable human resources by business type
- Obtain the right to provide satellite communications services (For Foreign Satellites)

- 15 The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications will consider and issue an approval of technical standard within 15 days upon the date receiving the documents. In case the approval license cannot be issued within the specified period, the Ministry shall inform the applicant about the reasons and time when the certificate can be issued within 15 days upon receiving the document.
