- 具备各等级灌溉业务所要求的充足资本和设备，营运资金不得低于无形资产总额的百分之三十。
- 公司须符合灌溉相关业务的经营条件。

- License for 3rd scale irrigation (small scale irrigation) shall be determined and approved by the Provincial (Vientiane Capital) Department of Agriculture and Forestry.
