ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 申请人须为已按规定获准从事货物进出口的公司、政府机构或国际组织。
- 须随申请附送本公司、政府机构或国际组织的相关文件。
- 须通过海关电子通关系统报关培训。
- 须为年满 18 周岁的老挝公民，持有无犯罪记录证明，且无税务违法记录。
