Any person or legal entity that intends to operate Logistic Business that means the integration of products movement, commencing from planning, managing, maintenance, packaging, moving, transporting, information provisions and services from the origin to the destination in the whole system.

ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 须至少配备两名运输专业大专以上技术人员，其中一人须通过国际组织认证的物流培训，并有三年以上物流工作经验或五年以上国际运输工作经验。
- 注册资本不少于60亿基普。
- 须具备单证、货物集拼、包装、装箱、保管及分拨等物流作业所需技术，并经主管部批准。
- 外商投资的，外方出资不得超过总资本的70%。
