Any person or legal entity that intends to operate the passenger transportation business which are the activities of the movement of the passenger from one place to another destination by any transportation vehicles either domestically (from one district/province to another) and internationally.

ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 须事先取得线路起点地公共工程与运输部门经线路管理委员会核准的指定线路经营批准。
- 须至少配备两名运输专业大专以上技术人员，其中一人须有五年以上相关工作经验。
- 国内运输注册资本不少于10亿基普，国际运输不少于30亿基普。
- 经营国际运输的，国内旅客运输须已有效经营三年以上。
- 国内运输至少配备五辆车；国际运输须按各线路约定配备足够车辆。
- 本业务仅限老挝公民经营，禁止外国投资者投资。

The applicant is recommended to follow up with the authority closely in case the submitted documents or/and required documents are incomplete.
