Requirements
- The lease or concession of the state land for specific purposes shall be determined by permitting the leased area by not exceeding the areas defined for those purposes i.e. industrial factories, industrial zone, agricultural operations, and mining operations).
- In case the leased area overlaps with the areas owned by others, the leaseholder shall pay fair compensation to them
- The applicant shall submit the feasibility study, the environmental and social impact assessment, and get the approval from the relevant lined agencies; and shall obtain the investment license to operate such business that the leaseholder applied such lease for.

- 5 After getting the investment license and signing a concession agreement with the state, the permit for the state land concession shall be issued for the developer within 5 working days.

- The extension of the permit shall be based on the extension of the development projects. If the project gets a 30-year concession of land, and the developer gets permission to extend the project for 20 more years, then the permit shall be extended for 20 years as the concession agreement.

The Land Management Department shall issue a permit for state land lease or concession as well as the mapping concession area to the applicant.
