Requirements
- Submit an application form stating their purposes and objectives and feasibility study
- Have facilities and technical equipment to ensure the operation of their work
- Have qualified, knowledgeable and experienced personnel in the field of fine arts
- Obtained the technical permission from the Information, Culture and Tourism sector.
