The owner of the copyright or related rights who intends to get a certificate of their rights over their production in the literary, scientific and artistic domain under Lao PDR laws.
Requirements
- Persons entitled to benefits are authors, actors, producers of phonographs who take the first fixation of the sounds, broadcasters that initiated and made the podcast it sound-image broadcast.
- Works eligible for protection are identified in article 92 of IP Law (2017)
