Organizations, individuals and legal entities that intend to produce a movie which is a compilation of art and mass media entertainment that are widely accessible by composing motion and sound which was recorded to publicize via various type of technical devices.
Requirements
- The content of the movie shall be reviewed to ensure that it will not violate conditions stipulated under the law.
- In case the movie have the content directly relating to Lao PDR, the content shall be reviewed by the Lao Embassy of the origin country before the movie can be produced.
