Individuals or legal entities that intends to export the artifact replicas (a newly created object to replicate an ancient artifacts in the same form, size, colour, pattern, decoration and other special characteristics as the original).
Requirements
- The object to be exported shall be the replica, not the authentic artifacts as proven by the authority; provided that the applicant shall submit (i) the document showing the registry number and description of such artifacts; and (ii) the purchase-sale evidence of such artifact replicas.
