ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 须持有财政部核发的会计或审计许可证；申请证券审计许可的，该企业须在老挝设立并经营不少于三年，合并的，合并完成须不少于六个月。
- 须至少有两名管理人员持有财政部核发的会计或审计证书。
- 须至少有五名会计或审计技术人员，其中至少两名持有财政部核发并经老挝证券委员会办公室认可的审计或会计证书。
- 须精通国际会计审计准则及国际财务报告准则。
- 须为老挝会计与独立审计师联合会会员。
- 财务状况良好；审计公司注册资本不少于十亿基普。
- 注册资本不少于十亿基普。
- 须有提交申请后未来三年的详细商业计划。
- 业务及所提供的会计审计服务须声誉良好、为社会所认可。
- 须投保，审计公司尤其须投保职业保险。

Any enterprise shall only be entitled to provide service to one specific targeted group for the maximum period of 5 years and will only be entitled to provide the service to the same group after passing at least 3 years after the end of the initial service.
