The fuel operators intending to produce, import, export, process, and sell all types of fuel in Lao PDR.
Requirements
- The fuel that will be inspected and certified shall have chemical and physical qualifications in complication with the national Standards endorsed and declared by the committee for national standards.

- 0 The request for inspection shall be submitted for consideration. After the documents are complete and the quality of fuel shall be checked in accordance with the national standards, the certificate shall be issued within 20-25 minutes for the first tanker. The certificate for the following tankers shall take only 3-5 minutes.

The fuel containers used for each type of fuel must have a label and sign on the outside. In addition, the contents of the label must be in Lao.
