Requirements
- Have a sufficient Capital
- Have a knowledgeable personnel with at least a diploma education and 1 year of ICT experience
- Have space, facilities, transport vehicles and ICT equipment with sufficiently and appropriately to the business
- Have a clear of business plan and be able to do.
