ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 注册资本不少于五亿基普。
- 须为国际证监会组织成员方名录内的资产评估公司，或来自已与老挝证券委员会办公室签署谅解备忘录的国家。
- 须在资产评估方面具有良好声誉和从业经验。
- 内部管理制度须健全并符合规范。
- 须至少配备两名评估人员，持有资产评估资格，或持有证券监管机构及资产评估协会在境内或境外颁发的评估证书。
- 财务状况良好，或在向老挝证券委员会办公室申请延期前一年度实现盈利；新设公司除外。
