Requirements
- Have a sufficient capital
- Have personnel with diploma level of knowledge or higher and at least 1 year of experience in ICT
- Adequate location, storage facilities, transport vehicles and equipment for carrying out various activities and suitable for the business
- Have a clear and viable business plan.

- 1. Must not be under foreclosure or license suspension; 2. Must never have their property confiscated or revoked; 3. Must conduct import or distribute ICT equipment business in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations; 4. The renewal application must be submitted at least 30 working days before the expiry date
Additional comment
1. If operating the business without permission, the applicant will be fined LAK10,000,000; 2. The applicant will be fined LAK5,000,000 if they use, rent or transfer someone else's license. 3.The applicant will be fined LAK1,000,000 if they did not renew the license within 30 days after the license's date of expiry.
